scalpingai.net (the "Site") is operated by Scalping AI ("we"/"us"/"our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the Site and use of the content, products and services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting the Site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the Site and Services.

1. Definitions

• User: The natural person who visits the Site or uses the Services.
• Account: The registered user profile created by the User on the Site.
• Content: Text, images, graphics, software, data, video, audio and other materials.
• Third Party Services: External providers such as hosting, analytics, payment, etc.

2. Parties to the Contract and Acceptance

All copyrights, trademarks, designs and other intellectual property rights in the Site and Content are owned by Scalping AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the Terms. Reverse engineering, creating derivative works, reselling, mass copying and content scraping are prohibited.

10. Acceptable Use (AUP)

The following is prohibited when using the Site:

• Sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, offensive, defamatory, misleading or obscene.
• Spam, phishing, malware, attempted unauthorized access to systems.
• Actions that may undermine the performance or security of the Site.
• Using automated data collection (bot, crawler) tools without authorization.
• Violating the rights of others (intellectual property, personality, privacy).

11. Third Party Services and Links

We may use third party services such as hosting, analytics, communication, payment, etc. The terms and privacy policies of the relevant providers apply to the use of these services. We are not responsible for links to third-party sites and the content/applications on those sites.

You agree to indemnify Scalping AI and its affiliated parties for all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site/Services.

16. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, infrastructure failures, third-party service interruptions, etc.)

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site without prior notice if you violate the Terms or for security/conformity reasons. You can also close your account at any time. Termination does not affect obligations arising before the date of termination.

19. Dispute Resolution, Competent Law and Court

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection provisions are reserved. In case of disputes, Istanbul Central Courts and Execution Offices are authorized. The parties first agree to negotiate in good faith.

20. Divisibility

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision; such provision shall be deemed to have been amended so as to apply as nearly as possible for its intended purpose.

21. Transferability

You may not transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations with reasonable notice.

22. All Contracts and Priority

These Terms and any referenced documents (e.g., Privacy Policy) constitute the full understanding between the parties regarding the use of the Site/Services and supersede any prior representations. In case of a difference between the translation and the Turkish text, the Turkish text shall prevail.
